Luke was not only a physician but a great historian.  Dr Luke’s aim is to give us an accurate and well-ordered account of God’s saving act in history.  His style would have appealed to the educated, the medically minded as well as the neglected of his day; The Children, the poor and women.  Being guided by Luke, our aim is to make the journey from Jesus’ birth all the way to his death and subsequent resurrection and along the way the doctor will include time indicators and place names to firmly fix his message.  We trust this journey will be a fruitful one for you as it was for us.
